GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST:
1. This promotional offer is applicable exclusively to the select retailers of Shree Renuka Sugars Limited in Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Union Territory of Chandigarh, subject to the terms and conditions hereinunder mentioned. Entries of the participants, other than select retailer/s, will be rejected outrightly, without giving any reason/s. The company reserves its right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the scheme at any point of time at sole discretion if it finds that there are fraudulent entries /participants are entered.
2. The “How to Use/Redeem" instructions are inclusive & forming part of the Terms & Conditions of this offer.
3. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKUs of:
a. Madhur Pure* and Hygienic Sugar M30 500gms, 1Kg, 2Kg and 5Kg (Secondary Bags)

4. Only one cashback voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers will be ignored.
5. A participant can win only 1 (one) mega prize during the contest period from a mobile number/email ID/address/household.
6. This scheme is managed by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, Mitra Towers, Kasturba Road, Bangalore 560001, India. E-mail: feedback@bigcity.in. The participants are requested to send their queries, if any, to the Postal address/email mentioned above.
7. In case, if the participant is facing registering issues on the microsite, he/she can email to feedback@bigcity.in OR contact Phone 080-40554821, during office hours between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday to Friday. Public & Bank holidays are excluded.
8. As part of the verification process, Team BigCity will contact the shortlisted retailers for the Mega Rewards. During the call, retailers are requested to share their address and ID proof, especially AADHAR. In addition, they will email the required documents to the email address provided by the BigCity team. Nonfulfillment of these requirements will disqualify the shortlisted Retailer/s from the Mega Reward scheme.
9. The Mega Rewards will be dispatched only after the successful verification of the details and documents shared by the retailer during the verification process. Any subsequent request to change in detail submitted by the short-listed participants will not be entertained, for whatsoever reason or cause. In such an event, the entry of the participant will be rejected, without assigning any reason.
10. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. The scheme will remain valid till 05.04.2025 and thereafter no claim of the participant retailer will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
11. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions if deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
12. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall strictly be construed and governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Belagavi.
14. The payment processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
15. This offer is subject to the promotional availability and government regulations.
16. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Photocopied, color prints, duplicate, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
17. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
18. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/retailer.
19. In the cases where the retailer/participant is registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, No SMS confirmation will be sent to any such Mobile.
20. Shree Renuka Sugars Limited or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible and/or liable in case the Voucher code/s has/ have expired for any reason whatsoever.
21. Shree Renuka Sugars Limited or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd are not responsible and/or liable for any loss or theft of the Vouchers.
22. Shree Renuka Sugars Limited Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Court direction and/or change in Government policies, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
25. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
26. During the Contest Period: Madhur retailers across Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Union Territory of Chandigarh can participate in the program. A total of 210 winners will be selected from the participants during the contest period.
27. By participating in this contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions of the contest program. 28. This contest is open for Retailer/s above the age of 18 years. Madhur Products are also available without this offer.
29. Contest Period, Prizes & Contest Timings:
a. The contest will commence from 06-01-2025 to 31-03-2025. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the web mode of participation at COMPANY computer. Late Entries received after 00:00 Hrs i.e. on or after April 06, 2025, will not be considered for winner selection.
b. The contest shall run on the following purchase slabs of the Company: Purchase Slab of 6 Bags, Purchase Slab of 12 Bags, Purchase Slab of 24 Bags, Purchase Slab of 48 Bags.
c. Instant Water Heater: During the Contest Period, 86 winners will be selected for Instant Water Heater for the contest period and 43 winners will be selected on a monthly basis.
d. Air Cooler: During the Contest Period, 43 winners will be selected for Air Cooler for the contest period.
e. 1 gram Gold Coin: During the Contest Period, 60 winners will be selected for 1 gram Gold Coin for the contest period and 20 winners will be selected on a monthly basis.
f. Smart Phone: During the Contest Period, 18 winners will be selected for Smart Phone for the contest period and 6 winners will be selected on a monthly basis.
g. Scooter: During the Contest Period, 3 winners will be selected for a Scooter for the contest period and 1 winner will be selected on a monthly basis. “Price” shall mean the ex-showroom basic price of the Scooter and not the “on-road” price and specifically excludes all taxes, registration costs, insurance, levies, etc. (as may be applicable).
h. Product will be delivered within 45 business days after the details have been confirmed by the winner to the Campaign Partner.
i. Product once delivered will not be replaced under any circumstances. The Product/s to be delivered/supplied under this scheme is/are purchased on “as is where is basis” and that the guarantee/warranty given by the respective manufacturer/s of the product shall prevail. The Company will not be responsible and/or liable for warranty or guarantee of the product delivered under the scheme.
j. All forms of taxes, including gift tax, income tax road tax, levies or other taxes, registration charges, insurance, etc. will be borne by the retailer. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CASHBACK
1. This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the pack.
2. Any consumer purchasing promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher code inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”). By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
3. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, no claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
4. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account Number, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MERCHANDISE
1. Campaign Partner will ensure to supply product merchandise in good condition. However, Campaign Partner & Shree Renuka Sugars Limited shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the Manufacturer / Distributor.
2. The operational part of the scheme like handling and distribution of the Prize, shall be managed by the Campaign Partner. However, promo products (promo packs of sugar) will be distributed by Shree Renuka Sugars Limited.
3. Product will be delivered within 45 business days after the details have been confirmed by the winner to the Campaign Partner.
4. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch (intimated through E-mail/SMS) of the products by the Campaign Partner
5. As a practice, courier companies try to deliver the product 2 times to the customer if at the first instance courier company couldn’t reach the customer for various of reasons such as (not limiting to) not at home, phone switched off, change of delivery address, wrong address, etc. If the product is returned in such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to dispatch the product again.
6. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru only.
7. Product once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
8. Campaign Partner will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
9. No request for change in color, size, model, etc. will be entertained by the Campaign Partner or Shree Renuka Sugars Limited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SCOOTER
1. “Scooter” shall mean and imply a Honda Activa, at the ex-showroom Price.
2. “Price” shall mean the ex-showroom basic price of the Scooter and not the “on-road” price and specifically excludes all taxes, registration costs, insurance, levies, etc. (as may be applicable).
3. All forms of taxes, including gift tax, income tax road tax, levies or other taxes, registration charges, insurance, etc. will be borne by the retailer.
4. The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No request for a change in make, model, colour, and specifications, etc of the Scooter will be entertained.
5. All the participants shall be required to ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address, and/or other details provided by them to SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED. LTD via the website or otherwise are true, accurate, and in use. Any liability, consequence, or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the participants to SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned participants.
6. SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED or its partner agency shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the participants. Further, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile phones, e-mail accounts, and passwords.
7. SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED or its partner agency accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Tax is to be borne by the winner. Winners will have to bear incidental costs if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes.
8. The delivery time will vary depending on the availability of the Scooter. On receipt of complete Winners' information and completion of all formalities, the approximate delivery time will be communicated to the confirmed winners. Goods once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
9. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will offer a product warranty in case it is offered by the manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
10. In case the Scooter is not available in the winner city, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will arrange the availability of the in the nearest city wherever the Scooter dealership is available. All costs associated with traveling/accommodation or any other cost which might incur will be borne by the winner.
11. There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else.
12. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED to use the winner's name, relevant details, and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
13. SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value.
14. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by, SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED but not limited to, meeting of the participants‟ requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.
15. All the costs and expenses for collecting the prize will be borne solely by the winner and SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LIMITED or its partner agency shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.
